With a passion for food and creating her own recipes, decided to train as a chef in 1994 with work experience at the world renowned most prestigious Taj Hotel in Mumbai, India. Over many years she introduced her food across East Anglia through farmers markets, festivals, regional events and private functions including weddings. With a regular stint at the award winning Abbey Creake farmers market, North Creake, such popularity has led customers to pre-order before the market to ensure they don't miss out on their favourite dishes
Ethnic Fusion's unique range of cuisine, both vegetarian and non- vegetarian, is a high quality product that sets itself apart from other Indian food that is currently available. Each recipe is perfected and measured to ensure consistency using fresh herbs, freshly ground spices as well as always using local produce when possible. No thickeners or preservatives are added and most of our food is gluten free.
